Processing Orders & Delivery

We aim to process every order within 48 hours from payment received.

Delivery is usually between Seven to Ten Business days (Monday to Friday), weekends are not included in the delivery schedule, only working/business days.

If However your parcel hasn't been delivered by then, please do contact us using the contact form bellow, or at ravishinglychic@gmail.com directly with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Returns

You will have Seven working /business days from receipt to return your item if it is damaged or obviously not the item you had ordered, please contact us with a picture in the first instance using the contact form bellow, or directly to ravishinglychic@gmail.com quoting your order number.

We will endeavor to process any claims with 48 business hours.

If however you receive your goods damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mailing ravishinglychic@gmail.com.
